We provide a flexible service, allowing you to make decisions according to your needs and how you lead your life. Exodus Care services offer so many tailored services, from just a few hours a week to assisting with shopping and domestics right through to live-in support.

Exodus Care Services is successful in involving family members with the plan of care for their loved ones, which adds confidence to the care will provides for our participants. We have a range of care services which are tailored to your individual needs, but are flexible and affordable.

Support Coordination

Exodus Care helps coordinate all disability services that our clients are entitled to under the NDIS.Our support coordination service aims at providing you with the assistance you need to get started with your NDIS support plan, and ensures to maximize the support to help you meet your developmental needs and goals.

Participating In Community activities

Under the NDIS, Social and Community services are about supporting people with a disability to take part in their community. This is just another way of saying it’s about getting out and about, meeting people, and trying new things! That might be signing up for an art class, going on a holiday, learning to play an instrument, or many other activities.

Trave/Transport

Here at Exodus Care we work towards capacity building, and enabling our participants to travel independently whilst being comfortable and safe. Our experienced support workers carry out safe and empowering training sessions that include training to use public transport, related aids and equipment like specialist transport arrangements and taxis.

Household Tasks

Amongst the service we provide is a continuous support and assistance with the household tasks that cannot be accomplished by participants on their own. These include cleaning, vacuuming, dishwashing, meal preparation and delivery, grocery shopping, making beds, showering, toileting, ironing, and laundry work.

Development of Life Skills and management plans

We help in the daily development life skills which focuses on training and development activities undertaken by the participant or their support staff to increase their ability to live as autonomously as possible, including supports that will enhance the ability of the participant to travel and use public transport independently.

Assistance in Personal Activities

Our qualified and experienced team of staff will help you with or oversee your daily living activities such as: Personal hygiene activities, such as showering, oral hygiene, or dressing. Toileting or bladder and bowel management. eating and drinking. mobility to get in and out of bed, escort to medical appointments, social occasions, shops and banks, help with medication, prescription pick ups, use of aids and appliances.

Live in Care

Our home care learning disability package is a partnership between individuals, carers and families to enable clients to have as much control over their lives as possible. We provide companionship, day and night sit-ins and all other personal and household tasks and activities
