At Exodus Care Services we provide support to disabled individuals, we offer various NDIS registered services. We offer a vast range of tailored services to meet the needs of children, adults and pediatric patients.

Providing excellent support for disabled individuals by helping them and their families at one of the challenging time in their lives, is a vitally important service and it is privileges to deliver. We build relationships by acting in the interests of all participants , listening to their individual needs and caring for them as the unique people they are.
Our Approach to Feedback
At Exodus care, we continually strive to improve the support we provide and services we offer. When you or your loved opt for our service, we’ll ask them and you to complete regular satisfaction surveys with your experience with our staff. As well as asking you for your response to a number of general questions, you can also include your own specific comments.
Our Carers
Being a disability support worker is an important role in the community. We enable a person to do things they never imagined. We positively impact that person’s life to be more confident, independent, empowered and included in society
Compassion is at the the heart of our care and this is one of the many qualities of our quality and dedicated staff. They respond kindly with empathy and understanding.
Our great staff possess effective communication skills. They are good at building relationships, effective listening skills, understanding and able to communicate support in a way to make participants feel valued.
Our staff are qualified experienced and to work with and also to support disabled individuals. We also foster a suitable environment for new staff to learn that sets them up for success-benefitting their careers, the organisation and most importantly the participants
